have the converter and maker options fixed

I like this program. However, please make it so that when the user selects an output location different than the default (e.g., for Audio Convert, Ringtone Maker, and Video Converter), that the output file *actually* gets saved out in the listed output location. Right now, the alternate location is shown, but the file is *still* output to C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Syncios\Convert. Also, consider allowing the user to manually enter (i.e., type in) a start time and end time instead of forcing use of the arrow buttons or the [Set start] or [Set end] buttons. Finally, please allow the user to give the output to the device a different filename than the input file.
